IJCSWS - Publication Charges
Publication Charges:
There is no charge for the processing of paper but Instead of charging fee from users to read the on line content, IJCSWS pursue the "Author-Pay" model for publication charges. In the "Author-Pay" model, the Article Processing Charges (APC) can be paid by the authors, institutions or funders for each article publication. APC covers the complete charge of the publication process including peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining & archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the submitted articles. The mode of payment will be communicated by the Editorial Office after the due acceptance of the paper for publication.
Indian authors fee: 1500 INR
International Authors fee:USD 85$
(No any hidden Charges for extra Page/Figure, Article Processing)
Account details will send in the acceptance mail , you can pay through bank , Online Banking. Othe countirs people can use Paypal, Account Transfer,Wester Union Money transfer,etc. Send the transaction number (if online) or scanned copy of challan.
There are following different ways to deposit fees:
If you belong to China/India/Australia/New Zealand/Thailand, you can deposit fees by choosing anyone of following options:

Depositing the amount directly to the nearby bank branch to the account which mentioned in acceptance mail.

Western Union Transfer option, Money gram, Demand Draft For more clarification, feel free to mail us at ijcswseditor@gmail.com.

Through net banking also you can transfer amount to the account which mentioned in acceptance mail.

Now Indian Author can make Payment Online by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking using PayU Money Services.which mentioned in acceptance mail.

Authors from India cannot pay by PayPal Rest of the countries can use PayPal.which mentioned in acceptance mail.
Withdrawal Policy: Author may withdraw an article before the review process is completed. Withdrawal of article is not allowed after it is processed for publication. There is no charge for withdrawal of an article.
Refund Policy: IJCSWS will not refund the Article Processing Charges once an article has been accepted and published.
